Appointments
We know you have many choices when choosing an dermatologist in Boise, ID so we have made requesting an appointment a simple and convenient process via our web site. If, for any reason you cannot keep a scheduled appointment, or will be delayed, please call us as soon as possible. Our practice has a 24 hour cancellation policy If you cancel or no-show to your appointment with less than 24 hour notice you may be subject to a $40 fee. This fee will be waived once, but you will be charged for the second late cancellation.
Insurance and Billing
We accept most traditional insurance plans. Please contact our office to verify acceptance of your plan. Qualifications for insurance coverage may differ due to the uniqueness of each procedure. We are participating providers with Blue Cross, Regence Blueshield, Idaho Physicians Network policies including some Aetna, United Health Care, Cigna policies, and Medicare.

We accept checks, cash or credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and Discover.
